All personal information we collect is stored on cloud servers that may be located outside of Australia. While we prioritize privacy and security, the cloud service providers we engage may operate disaster recovery sites overseas or have personnel located internationally who may access personal information to assist withs server management.
Additionally, when you interact with us through social media platforms, the providers of these services and their partners may collect and store your personal information in overseas locations as part of their operations.

We may collect sensitive information about you during the course of providing you access and use of the NeuroTranslator app. We will only collect this sensitive information where you consent to such collection and either directly provide us with this information.

We may at times send you marketing communications which will be done in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) (Spam Act).
If we do, we may use email, SMS, social media, or phone to send you direct marketing communications.
